Liability for Content
The contents of our pages have been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-dateness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. Should any such legal violation come to our knowledge, we will remove the respective content immediately.
