The individual design of the apartments aims to combine contemporary comfort with well-thought-out design. A selection of one- to two-room flats will be available for both short-term and long-term stays, creating space for individuality and community.

The Fürstenerker building is situated on the main pedestrian zone of Grimmaische Street along the east-west axis between Augustusplatz and Thomaskirche.
